About Dongchun

Hey, Dongchun here.

I have been watching markets every day for years now, and at some point I started keeping notes. Eventually I figured: if I am writing this anyway, I might as well post it. That is how this blog started.

What This Blog Is

Every morning I post a Korea Market Preview based on the previous day in the US. Every afternoon (Korean time) I post a recap of how the Korean market actually closed. On Sundays I write a weekly wrap covering the full week.

The one thing I do differently: I keep my predictions on record. Whatever I said yesterday, I check it the next day and report back honestly. If I was wrong, I say so.

What I Follow

  • US markets (Nasdaq, S&P 500, semiconductors)
  • Korean markets (KOSPI, KOSDAQ, foreign investor flows)
  • Personal holdings: BMNR, NVO, ZETA, ORCL, SMR, COIN, SLNH
  • Macro (rates, FX, commodities)

Disclaimer

Everything on this blog is a personal market journal, not investment advice. Any decisions to buy, sell, or hold are entirely your own responsibility. I get things wrong regularly — that is part of the record too.
